Our heritage hogs are raised on the farm, farrow to finish. They are raised in Pinon forest with the ability to root, run, and bask in the sun. They are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. A half hog will average 75 lbs of finished cuts. Price is per pound. 50% deposit due to order a half hog, remainder due at pickup.
Our pork is processed in an inspected USDA facility. This box will include a variety of cuts: Ground, Chops, Tenderloin, Country Style Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Hams, Ham Steaks, Bacon, Shoulders, Butts, Jowl, Hocks, Lard, and Offal. Price listed is per pound. Local pickup only.
