Our heritage hogs are raised on the farm, farrow to finish. They are raised in Pinon-Juniper forest with the ability to root, run, and bask in the sun. They are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. A whole hog will average 150 lbs of finished cuts. Price is per pound. 50% deposit due to order a whole hog, remainder due at pickup.
Our pork is processed in an inspected USDA facility. This box will include a variety of cuts: Ground, Chops, Tenderloin, Country Style Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Hams, Ham Steaks, Bacon, Shoulders, Butts, Jowl, Hocks, Lard, and Offal. Price listed is per pound. Local pickup only.
